Host of the viral talk show #WithChude, Chude Jideonwo, is gearing up to release his most personal book yet — How Depression Saved My Life.

The book, set to drop in August, according to s press release by Joy Inc, is about turning pain into joy and finding light even in the darkest moments.  It also explores themes of success, failure, personal growth, and mental health. And I knew again when I was done, and I threw my head back and wept.”

According to Jideonwo, this would be the last time he would talk about the book until after Africa’s Biggest Talk Concert — the first-ever #WithChude Live — where he will host Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Funke Akindele, Bovi Ugboma, and Pastor Jerry Eze.
