NIJ shifts examination over “End Bad Governance” protest

Nigerian Institute of Journalism Ogba (NIJ) has postponed the examination slated for August 1st and 2nd to August 15 and 16 tentatively, due to the planned nationwide protest that is to take effective from August 1st to August 10.

This was made known by HOD General Studies, Mrs Maureen Popoola, in a memo recently circulated to students.

The school emphasize that the need for the postponement is in view of the uncertainty regarding the impending “End Bad Governance” rallies and safety of the students.

The protest which is tagged “End Bad Governance” is a public outcry about the bad economic hardship of the country by most youths and concerned citizens of the country.
