While exams often evoke stress and anxiety, they need not be daunting. With a rainbow approach and mindful preparation, success becomes attainable. We all love rainbow when we see it in the sky so beautiful, right ? Let us explore the colorful spectrum of rainbow that navigates the path to triumph in examinations.

Firstly, let’s get familiar with the rainbow colours which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. If you are colour minded, you will affirm that each colour has its meaning and what it symbolizes. Lets us take this rainbow tour to examinations acing orderly.

Primary steps of acing examinations

In the colour family, blue, red and yellow are categorized under primary colors and also primary colours of the rainbow.

Blue
This colour symbolizes inspiration. Begin with an inspiration that pushes you to read. If it is a particular music that inspires you or a book, or movie, or someone’s success story, do not hesitate to see them before embarking on this acing examination journey. Devise a study plan, utilize vibrant colours to designate study hours, subjects, and breaks. Creating a visual representation of your schedule enhances comprehension and aids in adherence.

Red
It symbolizes sacrifices, and danger, love. But you are left to choose your preference. In this context, you should choose ‘sacrifice’, which is what you need to achieve success in examinations. Sacrifice your time, energy, money and other things that warrant success in your examination. You not sacrificing all these things might lead to danger which is failure. It’s important that you choose your RED.

Yellow

This colour symbolizes enthusiasm in the positive realm of orange symbolism. The colour green, symbolizes health. Before going into the examination hall, ensure you are healthy, and physically fit. Do not starve into the examination room, if possible go in with water to help you get relieved whenever you are nervous or tense. Science has proven that few gulps of water helps reduce stress and tension. Prioritize quality sleep as an integral component of your study routine. Ensure you allocate sufficient time for restorative rest, allowing your mind to consolidate information and recharge. Embrace the soothing colours of slumber to awaken refreshed and revitalized.

The final and tertiary step to acing examination

The only tertiary colour of the rainbow is Indigo. In terms of colour meaning, it is quite spiritual and mysterious in its symbolism, it’s a colour of devotion. Hence, after considering all steps listed above starting from colour blue down to green, devote everything to God in prayers, seek for wisdom, knowledge, strength and retentive memory to write as beautiful as the Rainbow.

Ultimately, examinations need not be monochromatic ordeals dominated by stress and anxiety.
