The Board of TVC Communications, owners of TVC News, TVC Entertainment channel, Max FM and Adaba FM, has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director/CEO Mrs Victoria Ajayi following the stepping down by Mr Andrew Hanlon, after seven successful years of leading the broadcast organisation.
Ajayi who was the former Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company will take over from Hanlon from May 1, 2024, according to an official statement which also confirmed the stepping down of the Commercial Director of the company, Mr Ronan Redmond after a seven-year term.
While noting that Hanlon brought his vast experience of 30+ years in the broadcasting business to bear and turned the fortunes of the group around and made it very profitable, Chairman of the Board of Continental Broadcasting Services Ltd. (owners of TVC Communications) Mr Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti said Ajayi has proven to be steady and reliable and will have to ensure that they keep moving forward seamlessly.
Responding to her appointment, Ajayi said she was deeply honoured and humbled to accept the position of Group CEO/MD at TVC Communications and expressed her sincere gratitude to every member of the board for entrusting her with “this incredible opportunity to lead our organisation into its next chapter of growth and success.”

In addition to her extensive experience in strategic management, Ajayi said she is bringing to her new assignment a strong educational background that complements her professional expertise.
